1. About Commandly
Commandly provides community and server-management tools for Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC). In these Terms, “Commandly,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of commandly.space. The operator’s legal name and contact details should be published here before public launch.
Commandly is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Police Roleplay Community, or the creators of ER:LC.
2. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Commandly, you agree to these Terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree. You must meet the minimum age and consent requirements that apply where you live and follow Roblox’s applicable age rules. If you are a minor, obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
3. Accounts and connected services
Commandly uses Roblox sign-in to identify your account. Keep your account secure, do not impersonate others, and do not share access in a way that violates Roblox’s rules. You are responsible for activity performed through your Commandly account.
When connecting an ER:LC server, only provide an API key you are authorized to use. Keep that key private and remove the connection if you believe it has been exposed. Roblox, ER:LC, and Discord are separate services with their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Acceptable use
Use Commandly lawfully and only for servers and accounts you are authorized to manage. You must not use it to harass or threaten people, publish another person’s private information without permission, distribute malware, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or violate Roblox, ER:LC, Discord, or other applicable rules.
Server owners and staff remain responsible for their in-game decisions and for the accuracy of information they enter into Commandly.
5. Service data and availability
Commandly displays data obtained from ER:LC and information supplied by users. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including during testing. Do not rely on Commandly for emergency response, personal safety, or any other safety-critical purpose.
6. Plans and Robux purchases
The current focus is the free version. Commandly does not currently accept real-money payments and does not offer a real-money checkout through this site.
We may later offer optional Premium access through a Discord support ticket and a Roblox game-pass purchase made with Robux, with access verified and granted manually. This is a planned process, not a currently available purchase. Any game-pass price, eligibility, access period, support process, and applicable refund or cancellation terms must be shown before that offer launches. Roblox transactions are also subject to Roblox’s terms and rules.
See the Refund Policy for the current support approach.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to security risks, or address serious or repeated violations of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Commandly is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free results, or that ER:LC or other third-party services will remain available.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded where you live. Subject to that, Commandly is not responsible for indirect loss arising from interruptions, third-party services, or decisions made using service data.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Commandly changes. Material updates should be announced on the service and reflected in the effective date above. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, subject to any rights that apply to you.
For account or service help, use the official Commandly Discord support ticket channel. The operator’s legal contact details should be added here before public launch.
