1. Current availability
Commandly is currently focused on its free features. Commandly does not currently accept real-money payments, sell subscriptions through this website, or operate a payment-card checkout. No real-money refund process is currently offered by Commandly.
2. Planned Robux game-pass access
Commandly may later offer Premium access through a Roblox game pass purchased with Robux. If introduced, users may be asked to open a support ticket in the official Commandly Discord. Premium access would be verified and granted manually.
This purchase flow is not currently available. Before it launches, Commandly will publish the relevant game-pass details, eligibility, access period, verification steps, support process, and any applicable refund or cancellation terms. Roblox’s rules govern the Roblox purchase itself.
3. Missing or incorrect Premium access
If Premium is offered and you have completed the required game-pass purchase but access has not been granted, open a support ticket through the official Commandly Discord. Include your Roblox username, the game pass involved, approximate purchase date, and the purchase evidence Roblox makes available. Never include your Roblox password, session cookies, private tokens, or an ER:LC server API key.
We will review the information and, if the purchase and account match the offer requirements, correct the entitlement where reasonably possible. A support request does not itself guarantee a refund or Premium access if the purchase cannot be verified.
4. Roblox purchases and refunds
Robux and game-pass transactions are handled through Roblox, not through Commandly. Commandly cannot directly return Robux, reverse a Roblox transaction, or promise that Roblox will approve a refund. Contact Roblox through its official support channels for questions about a Roblox charge or refund, while also opening a Commandly ticket if the related Premium entitlement is missing.
5. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights, remedies, or refund rights that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you. If a paid Commandly offer is introduced, its terms will be provided before purchase and will operate alongside any rights granted by applicable law.
6. Policy changes and contact
This policy may be updated before or when a paid feature launches. The updated date will appear above. For refund or entitlement questions, use the official Commandly Discord support ticket channel. Do not send payment credentials or account passwords in a ticket.
